I don't understand how you can live in NY and not be going to broadway plays every week. I wouldn't have ANY money if I lived there. As it is, I go see EVERY musical that comes through here with a traveling company!

I love RENT too. The first time I saw it I was in grade 12, and sitting in the second last row of the second balcony, and I didn't know anything about it. The next day I bought the soundtrack and listened to it until I knew ALL the lyrics. Then I listened to it some more. ;) The second time I saw it (It didn't come back again until 4 years after it first came through!), it was last Halloween, and I splurged for 4th row centre tickets.

Did you notice that the movie starts 6 of the original 8 main characters?

I have a serious crush on Idina Menzel as well, so I'm REAL stoked.
